Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You must use MAGORA in compliance with applicable law.

MAGORA provides access to digital magic lecture content and related marketplace services. Content may include video, PDF, ZIP, and other related digital materials. Features and availability may change where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the service.

Prices and applicable currency are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Digital access is provided after successful payment and verification of the relevant payment event. Purchases are for personal use unless otherwise expressly stated.

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where MAGORA determines that a refund is appropriate. This section does not promise automated refund or dispute functionality.

A buyer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access purchased content. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share credentials, reproduce content for commercial distribution, or circumvent access controls without authorization.

Creators retain rights in their original content except for licenses separately granted to MAGORA. Creators authorize MAGORA to host, display, deliver, and administer creator content as required to operate the service. These Terms do not create additional creator payout or legal terms beyond the applicable platform arrangements.

You may not use MAGORA for illegal activity, infringement, unauthorized copying or distribution, security abuse, fraud or payment abuse, attempts to bypass access controls, or scraping and automated activity that materially interferes with the service.

MAGORA may perform maintenance, modify features, suspend access, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary or permitted by law. Purchased access should not be understood as an absolute guarantee of perpetual availability.

MAGORA branding, site software, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party and creator rights remain with their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, MAGORA is provided on an as-available basis. MAGORA does not guarantee particular magic performance results, commercial outcomes, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAGORA and its operator will not be liable for losses that are indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise not reasonably foreseeable from the relevant use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Accounts or access may be restricted or terminated for material violation of these Terms, fraud, security abuse, infringement, legal necessity, or other serious risk to the service or its users. Legally required rights and remedies are preserved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

These Terms may be updated as MAGORA changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably where appropriate.
